Insight on In-Service

Dear LPW families,

We would like to express our gratitude for your continued support and growth in our LPW team and Early Learning Center. I am happy to report that all three Centers had an incredibly productive and positive In-Service Day this past Friday.

We were thrilled to have had S.T.A.R.S. trainers focus on some key topics. The topics were, "The best learning environment" and "Environment transitions and behaviors". It was very beneficial to have to opportunity to engage in these topics together as a team and continue these practices through our classroom environments. The teachers also had time to engage in some webinars required by DEL so that they could renew annual class requirements.

On top of that we also had staff meetings touching on general day to day issues and then the teachers broke out into their individual classrooms. The individual classrooms included working and finishing individual child's portfolios, some parent teacher conferences, curriculum planning and the organization of child interest centers.

It was some well-deserved teacher time! The teachers expressed their thankfulness for having that day outside of their typical day to plan and train.

So a great thank you again to our families again for your support.

Have a wonderful day.

Best Regards,

Lil’ People’s World
