Our Directors
BOBBIE BENDER
Hi! My name is Miss Bobbie, and I have been in the Early Childhood Education (ECE) field for more than 20 years. I started as a nanny, became a mom, and then started with Lil’ People’s World in 2007. Over the years as a teacher, Director, and now a Supervising Director, I have gained a world of experience and passion for ECE development. After acquiring my CDA, AAS, and finally a BA of ECS, I have found my calling. I truly enjoy getting to know each child I work with individually, building strong connections, and incorporating my education along the way. Children are the most loving and honest of us all; they have an ability to see though us and never lie in doing so, and that’s what builds my love for teaching.

NALLELY SOLIS
Hi! I’m Miss Nallely. I proudly joined the LPW Family back in 2019, originally at our Bellevue center. Over the years, I grew within this wonderful community, gaining experience as a Lead Teacher working with toddlers and preschoolers. I am deeply passionate about early childhood education, and one of my greatest joys is supporting children as they learn and grow. A quote by Pythagoras that inspires my educational philosophy is, “Educate the children, and you won’t need to punish the adults they become.” This perspective guides the way I honor and support each child’s unique developmental journey. I hold an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Early Childhood Education and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Early Childhood Education at North Seattle College. As a bilingual member of this team, I am enabled to build strong connections with our diverse families and support them in meaningful ways. In January 2026, I transitioned to our Kirkland center as the Program Supervisor; a role I carry out with pride, gratitude, and dedication each day. My commitment is to support our staff, families, and most importantly our children. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, exploring nature, and staying close to the water during the summer. Above all, I appreciate the simple moments that make life meaningful.
