About Lil' People's World
Lil’ People’s World is family-owned and operated, and we opened our first location in 1993. From the start, we have seen the need for quality care within our communities, offering the quality and structure found in corporate centers, but with a personal family touch. Our goal is to build meaningful partnerships and provide our families and the community with a positive early childhood education.

We have a great team working together to build an amazing community of educators, and we have a great child-to-teacher ratio. As a teacher, you can build your own curriculum within the classroom. And we help you grow your education through our ECE program that includes scholarships at Lake Washington Technical College with the option for education to be paid by Lil’ People’s World.
In addition, we grow and promote leaders from within, and we offer three locations to give you the option to change and move around the Seattle area.
